The incumbent will be responsible for formulating strategic licensing strategies to maximize business opportunities. This includes identifying potential agencies and licensees for Ocean Park IP licensing opportunities, managing all licensing functions, and collaborating with the content team and other departments to propel brand enhancement efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate and execute IP licensing strategies to maximize business opportunities
  • Identify potential agencies and licensees for Ocean Park IP licensing opportunities
  • Manage all licensing functions, including business term negotiations, agreements, reporting, brand assurance, and invoicing
  • Collaborate with the content team and other departments to propel brand enhancement efforts

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related disciplines
  • At least 10 years' working experience in IP licensing business, including at least 4 years in a managerial position
  • Solid experience in formulating and executing IP licensing strategies
  • Proven track record in new IP development is an advantage
  • Proactive, well-organized, and equipped with strong project management skills
  • Strong negotiation, communications, and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work with a high degree of independence within agreed targets
  • Excellent command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
