Job Summary

This position plays a vital role in overseeing the management of residential properties within our organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise property management staff to ensure efficient day-to-day operations, including monitoring, supervising, and motivating them to meet performance expectations.
  • Coordinate with service contractors to provide excellent services and enforce House Rules and Deeds of Mutual Covenant.
  • Process resident inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner, prepare annual budgets, and organize Owners' Committee meetings.
Requirements:
  • Degree in a relevant field or recognized professional qualification with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, or higher diploma with 5 years of experience, including 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
  • Holding a Property Management Practitioner (Tier 2) License.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for successful collaboration with residents, owners, and the community.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese, along with hands-on experience with various software applications.
  • Background in managing high-end and large residential complexes is beneficial.
