Client Service Manager

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Client Service Manager to join our APAC team. As a key member of our regional coverage team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and growth with our business.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively organize and prioritize workload. You will work closely with our sales teams, global services, and other stakeholders to provide seamless support to our clients.
With 2-5 years of experience in securities lending, custody banking, and/or accounting, you will bring a solid understanding of financial markets, custody banking, and preferably the securities lending industry. Your knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Salesforce will be highly valued.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Responding to client inquiries, troubleshooting problems, and ensuring client satisfaction with our service and products;
- Overseeing process updates to clients' program parameters on systems and assisting in reviewing correct client lending profiles;
- Managing internal risk and compliance matters pertaining to assigned client relationships;
- Monitoring client satisfaction and financial performance, taking proactive steps to address complaints and escalate risks and opportunities in a timely manner;
- Preparing presentations, benchmarking data, and performance updates for clients;
- Researching and discussing factors impacting clients' lending performance;
- Operating as part of the regional-wide Client Service team to provide support and coverage to clients' needs across the APAC region;
- Partnering with Financing Solutions Relationship Managers to support top strategic program relationships;
- Serving as a single point of contact for clients, addressing any operational issues, and identifying potential cross-sales opportunities;
Your Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree;
- Strong language skills in Mandarin (or Korean) and English;
- 2-5 years of experience in securities lending, custody banking, and/or accounting;
- Knowledge of MCH or DML is preferred;
- Technical expertise in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Salesforce;
- Excellent communication and organizational skills;
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical care, insurance, and savings plans.
