Business Development and Account Manager Lead

GDTalent Limited is seeking a highly skilled Business Development and Account Manager to drive sales growth in Asia-Pacific. This role involves developing existing accounts, seeking out new opportunities, and working alongside our other product and services Business Development colleagues.
The ideal candidate will have a strong B2B sales background with a proven track record of individual success in dynamic sales environments. They will be highly driven, with an aptitude for innovation and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment. Excellent client-facing and communication skills are essential.
- Developing existing accounts in APAC, seeking out new opportunities, and working alongside our other product and services Business Development colleagues.
- Generating new business and meeting sales targets.
- Executing specific sales campaigns by prospecting, qualifying, and closing sales opportunities.
- Delivering compelling sales presentations to prospects, highlighting the benefits and features of our learning solutions.
- Leveraging industry contacts to drive business development initiatives and enhance our presence in APAC.
- Evaluating competition, analyzing the market, and thinking laterally to target opportunities for growth in APAC.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent and a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role in e-learning, classroom, and/or custom sales.
- A track record of consistently meeting and exceeding personal sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Fluency in English.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
- Proven experience in sales, especially in solution selling to the financial markets sector.
- Exceptional personal drive.
- Ability to work independently to meet and exceed targets, with a strong history of achieving and surpassing individual sales objectives.
