Job Description:
  • Lead a small Business Partner team and collaborate with stakeholders on developing people management plans, including recruitment, budgeting, and performance management.
  • Responsible for implementing the annual performance management process and designing staff relations plans.
  • Provide expert advice on HR strategies and policies to support talent attraction, retention, and development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you will require a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field, along with at least 8 years of relevant experience. Essential skills include strong organization, communication, and conflict resolution skills, as well as the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin are mandatory.
