About the Role

As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire end-to-end onboarding process for new hires. This critical role involves acting as the primary point of contact throughout their onboarding journey, ensuring a seamless transition into the organization.

You will coordinate with various teams to manage employee contract administration, serve as the main contact for onboarding inquiries, and initiate background checks when required. Additionally, you will monitor candidates throughout the pre-hire process and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.

To succeed in this position, you should have exceptional oral and written communication skills, combined with the ability to prioritize tasks and adapt in a fast-paced environment. At least 5 years of professional HR experience, preferably within financial services, is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate employee onboarding processes from start to finish
  • Serve as primary point of contact for onboarding inquiries
  • Initiate background checks and manage visa transfers when necessary
  • Monitor candidate progress and provide regular updates
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth first-day experience
Requirements

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
  • At least 5 years of professional HR experience, preferably in financial services
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing situations
