We are looking for a Front Desk Ambassador based at Island Shangri-La, Hong Kong.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing updated information to guests on local areas, city tours, restaurant reservations, and airline reservations.
- Opening doors and assisting guests entering and leaving the hotel.
- Assisting guests with luggage and ensuring timely deliveries and collections.
- Maintaining proper records of guest deliveries.
- Arranging transportation for guests upon request.
To be successful, you will need:
- A customer-centric mindset and a sense of responsibility as a team player.
- An outgoing, courteous personality with excellent communication skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts.
