About the Role

We are expanding our Global Sales Force and seeking a seasoned Senior Relationship Manager in multiple locations. This is an exceptional opportunity to join our team as a Strategic Business Development Manager.

The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated individual with ambitions for personal success, who thrives in a fast-paced Sales organization, enjoys offering truly unlimited investment opportunities for existing clients, and is passionate about prospecting new markets and attracting new clients.

As a seasoned sales professional, you must have experience in business development and selling to HNWI, Private Wealth Management, Asset Managers, Fund Managers, Family Offices, and other private investors.

You will report directly to the Regional Head of Sales and work in a hybrid setting. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Materializing existing contacts/clients into new business, driving growth in the Company's AUM.
  • Developing new leads and building a robust sales pipeline.
  • Collaborating with the Regional Manager to craft and execute a tailored sales strategy, addressing market segments and opportunities.
  • Meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set together with management.
  • Monitoring general developments in the competition.
  • Establishing trust relationships with a portfolio of clients to prevent them from turning to competitors.
  • Gaining a deep understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
  • Ensuring timely delivery of correct products and services to customers.
  • Serving as the link between key customers and internal teams.
  • Preparing regular reports of progress and forecasts for internal and external stakeholders.
Key Qualifications
  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in a Sales role within the Financial Services/Investment industry.
  • A valid business contact network to build a sales pipeline (HNWI, Private Wealth Management, Asset Managers, Fund Managers, Family Offices, and other private investors).
  • An excellent knowledge of securities markets: stocks, ETFs, bonds, futures, and options.
  • Proven experience in financial service sales and key account management, providing solutions based on customer needs.
  • Motivation for Sales (Hunting and New Business development) and high energy levels, with good sense of priorities and time management.
  • Ability in problem-solving and negotiation.
  • Fluent English; additional languages will be an asset.
  • Great communication and presentation skills.
  • Outstanding relationship-building skills.
  • A willingness to reach and exceed targets, with an overachiever mentality.
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
