Job Overview:

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team at DayOne as a Customer Success Specialist - Data Center Services.

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to lead our data center delivery team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of data center infrastructure and experience in data center construction or operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire lifecycle from project delivery to ongoing operations.
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes related to procurement, audits, ITIL, and project management.
  • Work closely with internal teams to execute customer contracts and achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Embrace challenges and adapt to changes with a team-oriented approach.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree, Electronics & Engineering or Computer Science preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years working experience within the Data Center, Telecom or Construction industries.
  • Proven customer interface experience with excellent communication, coordination, and report-writing skills.
  • A self-motivated learner for Data Center Industrial, with a strong drive to embrace challenges and adapt to changes.
  • Fluency in English and Cantonese, with the ability to understand and speak Mandarin.
