About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Senior Sales Strategist - Bancassurance. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our partners.

Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for collaborating with our sales management team to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth in our Bancassurance channel. You will work closely with our partners at SCB to identify opportunities and develop plans to achieve our sales targets.

You will conduct field coaching and workshops with our sales staff to equip them with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in insurance sales. You will also serve as a key point of contact for PRU policy-related inquiries from bank frontlines and facilitate after-sales services through liaison with internal colleagues.

You will analyze sales performance data and provide strategic recommendations to management to inform business planning initiatives. Additionally, you will establish and maintain strong relationships with our partners and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.

Your success in this role will be measured by your ability to drive sales growth, build strong relationships, and deliver high-quality customer service.

Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in insurance or banking industry in sales field with at least 2 years as sales management role
  • Strong drive and influencing skills
  • Team player, passionate and independent in driving and handling counterparts
  • Strong communication, presentation and problem solving skills
  • Good in Excel

This role requires a strong understanding of sales principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
