About the Role
The iconic Rosewood Hong Kong, located by the stunning harbor, is in search of intuitive, engaging, and passionate Associates to embark on a fulfilling journey with us.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain positive interactions with guests and colleagues, fostering strong working relationships.
- Professionally manage all incoming calls, adhering to proper telephone etiquette at all times.
- Handle wake-up calls efficiently.
- Be available to work overnight shifts as required.
Qualifications
- A degree or higher diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management is preferred.
- A minimum of one year of relevant experience in a sizable luxury hotel, including internships, is required.
- Fluency in English, Putonghua, and Cantonese is essential; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
- A strong commitment to delivering personalized guest service, with a keen eye for detail and anticipatory skills.
