Sponsorship Growth Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sponsorship Development Manager to join our team at the Procurement Success Summit. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional with a passion for building strong relationships with clients and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Overseas Business Expansion
Identify and pursue new sponsorship opportunities in overseas markets, aligning with our strategic goals and targeting suppliers and service providers related to global procurement executives.
Sales Strategy ExecutionDevelop and execute sales strategies to engage potential clients through various methods, including phone calls, emails, and video conferences, overseeing the entire sales process from business development to closing deals.
Client Relationship BuildingGain a deep understanding of client needs to provide customized sponsorship proposals, fostering partnerships and ensuring smooth contract signings.
Client Satisfaction and RetentionFollow up with signed clients, maintain relationships to ensure satisfaction, and promote long-term collaborations to enhance renewal rates and client value.
Team CollaborationCollaborate with internal teams to coordinate resources, ensuring efficient execution of sponsor requirements and optimizing client experiences.
Market Trend MonitoringMonitor global procurement industry trends and market dynamics to identify new sponsorship opportunities and enhance the brand influence of the PSS Asia-Pacific Excellence Procurement Summit.
Event ParticipationParticipate in or host overseas events and conferences as needed, engaging in on-site sales and client maintenance to ensure smooth operations and uncover subsequent collaboration opportunities.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree or higher, any major is acceptable.
- At least 2 years of experience in overseas exhibition or conference sales, with significant experience in sponsorship sales.
- Familiarity with sales models in the exhibition and summit industries, capable of independently developing overseas markets and executing sales strategies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to establish and maintain long-term relationships with overseas executives and decision-makers.
- Proficient in English communication, capable of conducting business negotiations and email correspondence fluently, with strong cross-cultural communication skills.
- Strong goal orientation and execution ability, capable of working independently while also demonstrating teamwork spirit.
- Willingness to travel for work-related activities, participating in overseas events and conferences to support on-site sales and customer service efforts.
