Job Title: Key Account Manager APACJob Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team in Hong Kong. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting sales growth and building strong client relationships in the APAC market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent the voice of our clients internally and ensure the timely achievement of all deliverables.
  • Support the General Manager APAC in prospecting and pursuing opportunities for revenue growth.
  • Proactively collaborate with Product, Operations, and other departments as required to fulfill client requests.
  • Lead quarterly Strategic Steering Committees with each customer to review the status of main topics in-depth.
  • Coordinate the process of responding to Requests for Proposal (RFP) and Request for Information (RFI) by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Oversee projects, resolve issues with stakeholders, and deliver monthly reports and presentations with meaningful insights drawn from KPIs.
Requirements:

Technically:

  • Bachelor in Administration, Business Management, Economics, or relevant field.
  • +5 years of proven experience in a program or account management position and business development.
  • Previous experience in the aviation industry is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin and English is required. Cantonese and any additional languages are a plus.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to promptly identify and resolve issues.
