Retail Distribution Department Overview
Hang Seng's Retail Distribution focuses on personal wealth management and financial services. Our one-stop wealth management initiatives cater to both affluent and mass integrated account customers. With around 255 branches and automated banking centres, including around 50 Prestige Banking Centres for high-end personal customers, we serve over half of the adult population in Hong Kong while offering an extensive range of products to valued customers.

We are currently seeking a professional to join our department as a Relationship Support Officer II.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide efficient, direct support to Signature Relationship Managers in delivering consistent, high-quality customer services to maintain active customer contact and improve portfolio intimacy and customer connectivity, including answering incoming phone calls for Relationship Managers.
- Strengthen customer relationships with Signature Relationship Managers by proactively fulfilling their Wealth & Retail Banking needs to improve customer satisfaction.
- Proactively solicit business referrals to support Signature Relationship Managers in growing their business portfolio & activity planning.
- Initiate and maintain effective communication and cooperation with paired Signature Relationship Managers in achieving business targets.
- To ensure smooth daily administrative and operations support are in place for Signature Relationship Managers in handling customers and working counterparts related matters.
- Provide support in priority to Signature Relationship Managers in case there's a business need to support Relationship Managers in the same branch.
Requirements
- University degree in Business Management, Banking, Finance, or a related discipline OR other relevant qualification is preferable.
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in banking/financial services work experience.
- Strong sales and customer service orientation, with self-motivation and ability to work under pressure.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in both English and Chinese, with proficiency in Putonghua will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of banking products market trends, product knowledge, and product development.
- High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers.
- Pass the Hong Kong Securities Institute Licensing Examination and IIQE, and fulfill the competency requirements to carry out regulated activities as defined under the Regulator.
