About the Role

RINA Piraeus Team is looking for a highly skilled Business Development Manager for North Asia Marine to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and expanding opportunities in the region.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective business development strategies to drive growth and expansion in the region.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, working closely with internal departments to develop strategies and proposals.
  • Manage and maintain a sales pipeline, ensuring a consistent flow of orders and monitoring key performance indicators.
  • Capture lessons learned from completed contracts to improve future processes and close contracts successfully.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to identify cross-selling opportunities and develop strategies to leverage mutual opportunities.
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide updates on industry trends and intelligence.
  • Stay updated on the organization's current and future offerings and communicate technological solutions to customers.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering General or Master's Degree in Economics
  • Substantial experience in business development, sales, or related roles
  • Proficient in sales techniques, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals
  • Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and agreements
  • Analytical thinking to assess market trends and performance metrics
  • In-depth knowledge of the industry and competitive landscape
  • Familiarity with relevant technologies and tools, including CRM systems
