About the Position
As Chief Executive, you will be responsible for driving the implementation of our vision and mission, ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of our services, and building strong relationships with community leaders, government officials, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive the implementation of HKCSS's vision and mission
- Ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of our services
- Build strong relationships with community leaders, government officials, and other stakeholders
- Provide strategic leadership and direction to the Council

Requirements
- Passionate commitment to the development of a dynamic and effective social service sector
- Strategic vision and leadership qualities, with a good understanding of social needs in Hong Kong
- Excellent communication and networking skills
- Ability to manage the operation of HKCSS in an efficient, effective, and professional manner
- Registered social worker with Bachelor/Master degree or above, with a proven track record of minimum 10 years NGO senior management experience
- Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Putonghua)
