Key Responsibilities:
- Align with the bank's strategy and business plans to build a substantial deposit portfolio.
- Identify customer needs through providing quality service and sound financial solutions to increase penetration and deepen wallet share.
- Partner with Global Transaction Services, Treasury & Markets, and Insurance Specialists to generate ideas and structure marketing campaigns to grow our SME banking business.
- Collaborate with inter-group units to capture opportunities for establishing relationships with high net worth corporate and intermediary customers.
- Accountable for CDD/KYC and compliance-related matters of own portfolio and collaborate with internal parties for account conduct monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with internal guidelines and regulatory requirements.
