Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding opportunities in the market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
  • Manage and grow existing accounts by identifying and developing new business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the production team to ensure customer needs are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and provide regular updates to the executive team.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a relevant discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales or a related field, with a proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
  • Good knowledge of printing processes and packaging design is an advantage.
  • Experience in managing a sales team is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strategic and creative thinking.
  • Fluent in English and Putonghua, with good written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
