Client Services Representative

Location: Wan Chai / Lai Chi Kok

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer service hotlines, ensuring seamless communication for clients.
  • Assist customer accounts through efficient order processing and service coordination.
  • Serve as the liaison between clients and internal teams for inquiries and applications related to commercial products and services.
  • Address service requests from clients and communicate issues to the appropriate internal departments.
  • Undertake any additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications for Success:

  • Diploma or higher in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields; or
  • DSE/ Form 5 graduates with at least 2 years of experience in account services.
  • Strong communication skills, customer-focused, innovative, and self-assured.
  • Proficient in PC usage, with familiarity in MS Office considered a plus.
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
  • Recent graduates with strong communication abilities will also be considered.
