Your responsibilities include:

  • Managing customer service hotlines to ensure seamless communication with clients.
  • Assisting customer accounts through proficient order processing and service management.
  • Serving as the liaison between clients and internal teams for inquiries and applications related to commercial products and services.
  • Addressing service requests from clients and coordinating with relevant internal departments to resolve issues.
  • Undertaking any additional tasks as assigned.

To excel in this position, you should possess:

  • A diploma or higher in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; or
  • DSE/ Form 5 graduates with at least 2 years of experience in account services.
  • Strong communication abilities, a customer-focused mindset, creativity, and self-assurance.
  • Proficient computer skills, with familiarity in MS Office being a plus.
  • A good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
  • Recent graduates with excellent communication skills will also be considered.
