Customer Service Representative

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at Maersk. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer service operations for our online shopping platform, ensuring that all customer inquiries are responded to in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in brand building and sales promotions, working closely with our marketing team to develop and implement effective strategies.
- Provide quick responses to customer inquiries on products, promotions, key selling points, order status, and after-sales support.
- Summarize key issues to brand customers weekly, discuss, and execute on enhancement plans to improve customer satisfaction.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries in a professional manner via various channels, including live chat, email, and phone.
Requirements
- Form 5 or above, Diploma in e-commerce, marketing, or related disciplines is preferred.
- At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in customer service.
- Solid understanding of social media, online communities, and digital content.
- Experience in E-shop operations (e.g. Shopline, Shopify, Taobao, Tmall) is a plus.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Able to work independently, autonomously, and multi-task.
- Good communication skills to update and discuss with brand clients on products and service-related issues.
- Good command of verbal and written English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
