Job Title: Senior Regional Growth Manager
We are looking for a seasoned Senior Regional Growth Manager to join our KuCoin Exchange team. This is an exciting opportunity to drive regional growth and expansion across multiple markets, working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business strategies.
In this role, you will lead the development and execution of regional growth plans, leveraging data insights to inform business decisions and optimize marketing strategies. You will collaborate with product, market, brand, data, and regional teams to ensure efficient use of resources and promote smooth activity execution.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional growth plans to increase user acquisition and retention rates
- Analyze data insights to inform business decisions and optimize marketing strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment with headquarters' strategy
- Foster strong relationships with regional marketing teams to provide content, resources, and tool support
- Work with marketing, design, and technical teams to ensure seamless integration of event pages, rules, and reward distribution
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- More than 3 years of experience in user operations/event operations, with a preference for those supporting multiple regional or national markets
- Experience in planning and executing large-scale marketing activities, with expertise in designing and implementing regional marketing activities from scratch
- Familiarity with the cryptocurrency/blockchain industry, including market dynamics, user preferences, and industry trends
- Strong project management capabilities, with the ability to promote project execution in multiple regions in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in Chinese and English, with the ability to support multi-regional and multi-cultural communication and collaboration
