Job Description
The Retail Performance Development Specialist will play a crucial role in leading business development, implementation, and setting Dior Retail Standards. This includes improving and ensuring strong and consistent Client Experience, driving Retail Performance, Retail Operations Excellence, developing Retail Teams, and implementing Top/Regional Management strategies at point of sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Retail Performance Manager in deploying and following up on retail digital tools (clienteling app, retail BI) and client experience projects (Net Promoter Score and Mystery Shopping)
  • Update the rollout progress of retail projects and retail digitalization roadmap on a timely basis
  • Partner closely with the International Retail Performance team and follow up with local markets on the progress of International Retail projects
  • Assist in generating reports and enriching the contents of the Retail Quarterly Newsletter
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and retail KPIs, focusing on boutique/top doors
  • Update and consolidate sales data for regional incentive programs

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in data science, business management, or a related field with a focus on analytics or digital development
  • Experience in retail/merchandising performance or finance is preferred
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment and collaborate with different teams and local markets
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, independence, agility, organization, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
