Corporate Services Business Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Business Development Support Officer.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Business Development team to support business proposals, letters of engagement, and other marketing materials.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare marketing presentations and pitchbooks to effectively communicate our client's services and value proposition.
- Cover new client onboarding process, ensuring it is performed in a smooth and efficient manner.
- Liaise with different departments to maintain accurate and up-to-date client portfolios.
- Coordinate business meetings and assist in maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Maintain and update CRM and database systems to ensure accurate information and reporting.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks related to business support as necessary.
Requirements:
- Around 2 to 5 years of experience in client onboarding, KYC, business development support, or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or other relevant disciplines.
- Exposure to the Trust industry is an advantage.
- Meticulous, good coordination, and multi-tasking skills are essential.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate with different stakeholders.
- Good English and Chinese language proficiency.
