Job Overview

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and generous paid time off.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth within the FX/CFD sector.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with institutional and high-net-worth clients, affiliates, and partners.
  • Identify emerging market opportunities, assess client needs, and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align sales strategies with the company's broader objectives.
  • Represent the company at industry events, forums, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports and insights to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles within the FX/CFD or financial services industry.
  • Extensive knowledge of FX/CFD products, trading platforms, and market trends.
  • Strong network of industry contacts, particularly in the Asia-Pacific region.
  • Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market dynamics.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin is highly desirable.
