Position Overview

Vice President, Corporate Banking

As a Vice President in Corporate Banking, you will be responsible for overseeing a diverse portfolio of institutional clients, driving performance while adhering to the bank's established policies and risk framework.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage a portfolio of institutional relationships, ensuring performance targets are met in line with the bank's policies and risk appetite. Build and expand the portfolio by identifying and engaging new corporate clients in Hong Kong and China through personal networks. Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with corporate clients by delivering tailored financial solutions. Design and structure suitable credit facilities, uphold high standards of lending quality, prepare comprehensive credit proposals, and promote cross-selling of the bank's products and services. Ensure all transactions comply with the bank's policies and regulatory standards. Undertake additional assignments as required.

Qualifications:

A degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. At least 5 years of relevant experience in the Corporate Banking sector. In-depth knowledge of the bank's policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Exceptional communication and relationship management abilities. Self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently under pressure. Proficient in computer applications.
