As an interior design project coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our dynamic team and ensuring the seamless execution of our projects.

Responsibilities

">
  • Administrative Duties: Handle report preparation, data entry, and maintain project files.
  • Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Schedule Management: Maintain project schedules, timelines, and calendars to keep stakeholders informed.
  • Procurement Assistance: Assist in procurement by obtaining quotes, evaluating proposals, and coordinating with vendors and suppliers.
  • Meeting Organization: Organize and attend project meetings, taking detailed notes and communicating action items.
  • Office Operations: Oversee office operations, maintaining an organized and well-maintained environment conducive to productivity.
  • Inventory Management: Manage office supplies inventory, placing orders, and organizing supplies to meet team needs.
  • Maintenance Coordination: Coordinate office maintenance and repair tasks, liaising with service providers.

Requirements

">
  • 2+ years of working experience in a similar role.
  • Fluent in English & Cantonese.
  • 5 days work; Mon to Fri: 9:30am-6:30pm; 12 days annual leave.
