We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Corporate Operations Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supporting various projects, including events management, office renovations, and supplier sourcing.

Your primary responsibilities will include managing the entire procurement process, monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and providing support for corporate travel matters. You will also oversee corporate printing operations and maintain accurate records in shared folders.

As a Corporate Operations Assistant, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in areas such as facilities management, event planning, and supply chain management. You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless operations and maintain a high-standard office environment.

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent organizational skills, effective communication and time management skills, good interpersonal skills, and a collaborative attitude. Proficiency in MS Office applications and a good command in Cantonese and English are required.
