What you'll be doing…

This role is a great opportunity to lead the B2B sales initiative for Hong Kong. You will close deals and manage business clients and bring amazing food experience to their workplace. You will work closely with the local and international leadership teams in order to strategise and execute ambitious plans. The Corporate business development team are the backbone of our business, the hunters who are out there in the weeds constantly reaching businesses in town to partner with us. This is a role for a bright, motivated, organised self-starter to develop their sales career for a leading company within its market sector.

  • Prospect, pitch and close new B2B clients in the territory via cold calls, walk ins, emails and in person meetings.
  • Oversee B2B accounts directly and strategise on how to build strong relationships and grow our portfolio in Hong Kong.
  • Work with local market and HQ management to ensure priorities are aligned with local and global Deliveroo goals.
  • Ensure the business clients are on board and set up for success on the Deliveroo platform.
  • Exceed ambitious KPI targets and complete global initiatives with minimal supervision.
  • Work with Cross Functional teams to support on the strategy, creation and execution of sales Initiatives to drive performance.
  • Be the owner of the Corporate Business Development portfolio and take care of outreach and inbound sales.

Skills you'll need & Eligibility…

  • Fluent in Cantonese and English.
  • 3-5 years of B2B business development experience, ideally in an environment where you have been a hunter via cold calls, walk ins, emails and in person meeting to hunt down new accounts.
  • Professional, Self-driven, with a proven sales record.
  • You must be comfortable with targeting new business and have a track record of achieving and surpassing commercial targets.
  • Strong communication skills whether it be face to face, through phone or email.
  • Ability to persuasively demonstrate product and industry knowledge to clients.
  • Be tenacious and motivated by targets.
  • Strong commercial acumen and desire to innovate and find new ways to grow the business.
  • Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, problem-solving, presentation and data analytical skills to interpret sales performance and build relationships with our B2B clients.
  • Experience with SalesForce, although not a must, would be a Plus.
