As a seasoned Application Development Manager at Bank Of China (Hong Kong) Limited, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technological landscape of our Corporate Banking division. Your expertise in developing and enhancing application systems to meet business needs will be instrumental in driving our growth.
Key Responsibilities- User Requirements Analysis: Collect and analyze user requirements to produce functional and system specifications that meet the needs of our business stakeholders.
- Team Leadership: Supervise or coordinate development teams to ensure the quality of deliverables, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Development and Testing: Participate in development and testing activities, ensuring seamless integration and efficient problem-solving.
- Project Coordination: Collaborate with external parties to complete projects on time, working closely with business analysts, vendors, and other functional teams to drive project success.
- A degree holder or above in Computer Science or related disciplines is required.
- No less than 5 years of solid experience in Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, RESTful API, JMS, Web service, Websphere, Oracle, SQL, MQ, Python, shell scripts, COBOL, CICS, JCL is essential.
- Experience in Corporate Banking, RMB Business, International and Local Payment systems, Payment Collection, Custody, Corporate Trust and Agency Business, Corporate Cash Management Products, Financial Markets, Murex, Treasury and Money Market are highly preferred.
- Familiarity with system development life cycle, testing, and quality assurance process, as well as agile development or transformation to Microservice is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills, system design experience, and excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills are mandatory.
- Self-motivated individuals who thrive in competent, challenging, and team-work environments are encouraged to apply.
- A good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English, knowledge of Mandarin is a plus.
