We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Team Leader, Case Management.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Assist Senior Case Management Manager to lead a sub-team of Case Managers to deliver new business case management service to respective business channel.
  • Closely monitor the production quality and act as an advisor to provide opinions and improvement recommendations to sub-ordinates on daily activities.
  • Effectively manage and coordinate with the Underwriting team on new business end-to-end process in order to achieve business targets.
  • Timely update required procedures to fulfill compliance and/or regulatory requirements as well as conduct training as appropriate.
  • Regularly review the process workflow and make recommendations to enhance team efficiency and productivity.
  • Closely work with internal business partners on assigned projects to achieve and implement business initiatives effectively.
  • Process new applications in accordance with underwriting, compliance and regulatory requirements and the agreed service lead time.
