We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Business Development Manager / Senior Manager .

Principal Responsibilities
  • Supporting tasks to establish new business relationships and strengthening existing ones, whilst ensuring fair outcomes for all types of customers.
  • Providing support to the communication of new products, propositions and relevant market information to customers.
  • Supporting distribution channel’s people development initiatives, e.g. selling skill coaching, product knowledge training.
  • Supporting plans and strategies to generate new business, increase revenue for existing ones and activate new branch distribution channels within HSBC Group.
  • Collaborating with multiple stakeholders, which may include branch managers, relationship managers and product specialists, to maximise cross-selling opportunities for the bank.
  • Participating in events, initiatives and activities to capture new business opportunities.
  • Protecting the bank's reputation and ensuring an acceptable risk profile, whilst deepening your understanding of the client through credit and customer due diligence reviews.
