Wealth and Personal Banking has four key business areas responsible for efficiently bringing the best of HSBC to our clients through a broad and relevant suite of wealth and retail banking capabilities: Asset Management, Global Private Banking & Wealth, HSBC Life, Retail Banking & Strategy and COO & Digital Transformation.

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Branch Sales Manager.

As a Branch Sales Manager, you have a central role to play in excelling your leadership and change management skills and delivering the branch performance measures in line with the defined business plan. You will lead and manage a team of Premier Relationship Managers and HSBC Premier Elite Directors and work collectively to maximize performance in achieving WPB business objectives. To ensure your success, HSBC provides an environment surrounded with a dedicated and supportive senior management team to formulate strategies and plans to grow the wealth management business. All these are unique in making your career journey different from any other.

Principal Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the Bank's objectives according to the formulation and implementation of the branch's business plan.
  • Encourage the team to deepen customer relationships by fulfilling the needs and contributing service initiatives for existing and new to bank customers.
  • Monitor and take multiple level control of different product performance for Relationship Management stream.
  • Collaborate with specialists to drive branch activities.
  • Work closely with other branch management teams and specialists.
  • Ensure staff have conducted regular reviews with customers and provide appropriate wealth management products according to customer needs.
  • Take responsibility for the development of staff in the team to ensure the Bank's strategy in wealth management can be successfully implemented.
  • Develop the relationship manager team culture and build a strong sense of team spirit.
