The Hong Kong Trade Development Council ("HKTDC"), the statutory organisation promoting Hong Kong's external trade, is looking for a dynamic and high caliber professional to join our Corporate Communications & Marketing Department.

Responsibilities:

  • Create graphics for marketing on various digital platforms.
  • Manage and update content on the Council's website using our Content Management System (CMS) to ensure information is current and accurate.
  • Optimize performance and enhance user experience across our digital properties, including the website, chatbot, and mobile app.
  • Collaborate with appointed agencies and internal departments to facilitate promotional campaigns (e.g., social media, SEO, SEM, digital advertising) related to the Council's key events and services; assist in monitoring results and benchmarking against market standards for real-time adjustments.
  • Coordinate with external and internal stakeholders to produce regular reports (e.g., social media KPIs, campaign performance, annual reviews) for the Council, catering to audiences from operational teams to top management.
  • Follow financial procedures for projects, including creating purchase orders and processing invoices.
  • Stay informed on current market trends and evaluate the competitive landscape, identifying strategic opportunities and overall market potential for digital content.
  • Ensure consistency and cohesiveness across the Council's diverse digital assets.
  • Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Multimedia, or a related discipline, with a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in digital and social media marketing; strong background in graphic and multimedia design.
  • Possess a creative mindset and proven experience in using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and other design tools.
  • Proven experience in managing and executing digital initiatives, content and web marketing campaigns to promote corporate branding.
  • Familiarity with corporate website CMS, mobile apps, banner systems, AI applications, and video production and editing are highly advantageous.
  • Proficient in digital and social analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Looker Studio, Microsoft Clarity, Meltwater).
  • Ability to work independently, with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience in an agency setting is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Remuneration and Benefits:

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. A competitive remuneration and benefits package, including annual leave, medical and dental benefits, will be offered.
