Add expected salary to your profile for insights Proactively generate new sales leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, emails and networking Follow up and convert inbound leads into customers Maintain accurate customer records and pipeline in our CRM system Conduct professional product demonstrations (ESL systems, beacons, sensors, Omnicharge power banks, LCD modules) Represent the company at trade shows, expos and industry events Attend and present updates in weekly sales meetings at our Hong Kong office Work closely with technical team to prepare quotations and proposals Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Requirements Higher Diploma / University graduate in any discipline (Business, Engineering, Marketing preferred) Minimum 1 year of sales or business development experience, position offered will be based on experience Passion for technology and interest in IoT / retail-tech solutions Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing Cantonese, Mandarin, and English. Strong presentation, communication and negotiation skills Self-motivated, target-driven and able to work independently Ability to generate new sales leads and manage them through the sales cycle. Competence in managing and reporting CRM data Proficient in MS Office; experience with CRM (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus Have full working rights for Hong Kong Preferred Qualifications (Bonus) Familiarity with a broad range of products or extensive sales experience. Sales experience related to our product portfolio, including: Electronic Shelf Labels (ESL, or E-Labels internally). IoT products (e.g., beacons, asset trackers, temperature and humidity sensors, door sensors, light sensors, energy sensors). Software development related to ESL and/or IoT products. Portable laptop power banks, including rental units, dock chargers, and rental management apps. Smart TVs, including video recording software and stylus for annotations, typically used in high-tech offices and presentations. Electronic components and modules (e.g., TFT LCD, IC CMOS, STN LCD, LCD Modules). SALES MANAGER: Key Responsibilities Independently hunt and close medium to large deals in retail, logistics, F&B, manufacturing and smart building sectors Generate and qualify new sales leads through own network, cold outreach, referrals and events Deliver high-impact product demonstrations and technical-commercial presentations Build long-term relationships with decision makers (C-level, IT managers, procurement heads) Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management in CRM Represent the company at major trade shows and industry events Prepare weekly reports and present results in Monday sales meetings at our Hong Kong office Mentor junior sales staff when required Achieve and exceed aggressive sales targets Requirements Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience (preferably in IoT, electronics, retail-tech, IT hardware/software, or electronic components) Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales quota (candidates who consistently ranked in top 20% are preferred) Existing network in retail chains, logistics, property management or manufacturing is a strong advantage Fluent in English and Cantonese; native or fluent Mandarin strongly preferred Excellent presentation, negotiation and closing skills Strong technical aptitude – able to understand and explain IoT hardware & software solutions Hands-on experience with CRM systems Self-driven, mature and able to work with minimal supervision Have full working rights for Hong Kong Unlock job insights AI Job match analysis Salary match Number of applicants Your application will include the following questions: Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Hong Kong?
