Our client Xenus Technology Limited is seeking a Pre Sales Consultant to join their team What you'll be doing? Collaborate with Sales Teams: Work closely with sales teams to understand client needs and design solutions that meet their business challenges. Design IT Solutions: Create and present comprehensive IT solutions that cover infrastructure, cloud, security, and enterprise applications. Conduct Demonstrations: Lead product demonstrations, technical workshops, and proof‑of‑conceptions to showcase the value of our solutions. Prepare Documentation: Develop proposals, RFP responses, and technical documentation that clearly articulate the benefits of our solutions. Client Advisor: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, addressing technical queries and concerns throughout the sales cycle. Stay Informed: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to ensure our solutions remain competitive. Support Account Managers: Assist in building and maintaining long‑term customer relationships. Who are they looking for? Technical Expertise: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with broad technical knowledge across infrastructure, cloud, security, and enterprise applications. Experience: 2+ years of experience in pre‑sales, solution consulting, or technical sales within the IT industry. Broad technical knowledge across: Cloud (public, private, hybrid platforms) Security (cybersecurity frameworks, firewalls, IAM, compliance) Communication Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively convey complex technical information to non‑technical stakeholders. Problem‑Solving: Self‑motivated with strong problem‑solving and analytical skills to address client challenges and propose effective solutions. Documentation Proficiency: Ability to prepare technical documentation and proposals that clearly articulate the benefits of our solutions.
