Talent Acquisition Specialist | Expert in Sourcing and Placing IT Professionals across APAC
The PMO role is to ensure alignment between demand and portfolio execution, tracks value delivery, and provides feedback to senior stakeholders on performance gaps. The position also plays a key role in driving integrated roadmaps to support demand prioritization discussions.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in portfolio/project management and financial business planning.
- Proven expertise in PMO functions, including portfolio management and demand prioritization to support strategic objectives.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate data-driven insights clearly and diplomatically when explaining project prioritization decisions.
- Professional certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong facilitation skills with the ability to lead large meetings involving multiple stakeholders.
- High energy, proactive, adaptable problem-solver, organized, flexible, and capable of navigating through ambiguity.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Solid understanding of change management principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of the annual digital business plan, ensuring alignment with 3-5 year strategic goals and maintaining a comprehensive reporting framework for execution.
- Engage with senior business stakeholders and cross-functional digital teams to manage the digital demand process effectively, ensuring projects are well-sponsored and advised.
- Optimize program and project management frameworks by involving key stakeholders where necessary.
- Establish and track KPIs for digital initiatives to measure value delivery against strategic plans, providing high-quality performance reports aligned with the "Utility of the Future" vision.
- Support the Planning Development Group in preparing digital investment proposals for submission to government bodies and industry regulators.
- Collaborate closely with the Transformation Office to align digital investments and initiative roadmaps with strategic transformation priorities.
- Review business cases to ensure consistency with the 3-5 year strategic business plan and organizational priorities.
