Sales Executive

Responsibilities:
- Generating high quality sales leads for the business.
- Achieving the annual KPIs set by the Head of Sales.
- Setting appointments for sales to meet with potential customers.
- Cold calling potential customers.
- Working closely with other team members (including Pre-sales, Marketing, and Services).
- Identifying potential opportunities for new business, cross-selling, and upselling.
- Following up on sales inquiries from customers.
- Account management when required for existing customers.
- General sales administration as required.
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder with IT related field preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in the IT industry.
- Excellent sales skills and a proven track record of achieving KPIs.
- Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with senior executives.
- Driven and ambitious individual with a strong desire to succeed.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and well-organized.
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
