Responsibilities:

  • Generating high quality sales leads for the business.
  • Achieving the annual KPIs set by the Head of Sales.
  • Setting appointments for sales to meet with potential customers.
  • Cold calling potential customers.
  • Working closely with other team members (including Pre-sales, Marketing, and Services).
  • Identifying potential opportunities for new business, cross-selling, and upselling.
  • Following up on sales inquiries from customers.
  • Account management when required for existing customers.
  • General sales administration as required.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder with IT related field preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in the IT industry.
  • Excellent sales skills and a proven track record of achieving KPIs.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with senior executives.
  • Driven and ambitious individual with a strong desire to succeed.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and well-organized.
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
