Affiliate Program Manager

Overview: The Affiliate Program Manager is responsible for overseeing and enhancing the performance of the exchange's affiliate program, which includes managing relationships not only with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) but also with various influential channels that can drive user traffic and engagement. This role requires a strategic focus on both spot and futures markets, aiming to maximize the program's reach and effectiveness across diverse platforms and audiences.
Responsibilities:
- Affiliate Recruitment and Training
- Identify and engage potential affiliates, including KOLs, influential channels, and platforms that align with the exchange's brand and strategic goals.
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs that educate affiliates about the cryptocurrency market, particularly spot and futures trading on our platform.
- Equip affiliates with the necessary tools and knowledge to promote the affiliate program effectively, with a focus on ROI and market-specific strategies.
- Strategy Development and Implementation
- Collaborate with marketing and strategy teams to create targeted campaigns that utilize the unique strengths of different types of affiliates, with a specific focus on both spot and futures trading.
- Design and manage incentive and reward programs that motivate affiliates to achieve their targets and effectively promote the exchange.
- Affiliate Management and Support
- Act as the main point of contact for all affiliate-related inquiries, ensuring continuous engagement and high satisfaction levels.
- Monitor affiliate activities, providing regular feedback, guidance, and support to enhance their promotional efforts and ensure alignment with the exchange's goals.
- Address operational challenges and improve program delivery by facilitating effective communication between affiliates and internal teams.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting
- Utilize key performance indicators to track and analyze the success of affiliate promotions, focusing on metrics that reflect both spot and futures markets.
- Generate and present detailed reports on affiliate performance, program growth, and ROI to senior management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
- Market Analysis and Competitive Benchmarking
- Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor strategies in both the spot and futures markets to continuously refine the affiliate program.
- Implement innovative practices and strategies to maintain competitiveness and appeal in the affiliate landscape.
Requirements:
- Experience and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing or business development, with a demonstrated focus on the cryptocurrency sector, especially spot and futures trading.
- A proven track record in managing and scaling diverse affiliate programs.
- Leadership and Communication Skills
- Excellent leadership qualities, capable of inspiring and guiding a varied team of affiliates.
- Strong communication skills, essential for building and maintaining effective relationships with both internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Analytical and Strategic Thinking
- Proficient in data analysis and the use of performance metrics to guide strategic decisions.
- Ability to think strategically to adapt affiliate strategies to changing market conditions and opportunities.
- Technical Proficiency
- Familiar with CRM and affiliate management software, as well as digital marketing tools that enhance affiliate engagement and promotion.
- Knowledgeable about the technical aspects of cryptocurrency trading, both spot and futures.

- Skilled at navigating complex situations and delivering solutions that maximize affiliate performance and program success.
