We are looking for a proactive and strategic Crypto Affiliate Product Manager to drive the growth and success of our affiliate program. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing the affiliate product and system, with a strong focus on creating a competitive edge in the market. You will design and implement innovative affiliate strategies to attract Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and other affiliates, driving platform growth and increasing user acquisition. Your work will include overseeing the affiliate system's infrastructure, including CRM tools, and ensuring that daily performance metrics—such as user activity, acquisition, revenue, and commissions—are tracked and optimized.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage the affiliate product, ensuring alignment with company growth objectives.
  • Design and implement an affiliate system, including CRM capabilities, to monitor daily activity, user acquisition, and revenue.
  • Build tools and dashboards for real-time tracking of affiliate performance, including commissions and payouts.
  • Collaborate with engineering, data, and operations teams to ensure the affiliate system is scalable and efficient.
  • Define and execute strategies to grow the affiliate network, attract new partners, and enhance engagement with existing affiliates.
  • Monitor and analyze affiliate program performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage in affiliate marketing.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in product management, preferably in affiliate or partner program systems.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and performance tracking tools.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights to improve affiliate performance.
  • Experience in designing and managing commission structures and payout processes.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Knowledge of the crypto industry and affiliate marketing best practices is a strong plus.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
