About the Company KIN YAT INDUSTRIAL COMPANY LIMITED is a well-established manufacturing company headquartered in Hong Kong, with production facilities in China and Malaysia. The company specializes in OEM/ODM electrical and electronic products and is a leading manufacturer of robotic vacuum cleaners worldwide. Responsibilities Work in consumer electrical and electronic products industry. Lead and oversee New Product Development (NPD), New Product Introduction (NPI), and OBM (Own Brand Manufacturing) development activities — including product sourcing, supplier engagement, cost management, and procurement coordination — to ensure timely product launches and support the brand growth. Develop and implement strategic business development plans, including conducting market research, identifying target markets, and evaluating growth opportunities to drive OBM expansion. Initiate and formulate marketing campaigns for both online platforms and offline channels (such as retail shops and stores) in alignment with business objectives. Plan, execute, and analyse brand marketing campaigns. Develop digital communication strategies including audience segmentation, influencer engagement, content direction, and paid channel amplification. Lead consumer engagement initiatives and optimise social media programs across the company’s digital platforms. Collaborate with teams on KOL (Key Opinion Leader), blogger, and influencer engagements, as well as content partnerships, to generate stronger word-of-mouth and increase social media visibility. Explore and participate in overseas exhibitions and trade shows to promote our OBM products to potential distributors and retail channel partners. Proactively visit mainland China and overseas B2B trade fairs to identify potential new vendors for product line extensions under the company’s own brand. Qualifications Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration, or related disciplines. Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in senior managerial roles (experience in the Electronic Appliance or Moms & Baby industry is an advantage). Strong experience in brand/product marketing, communications, and digital marketing across both online and offline channels. Proven experience in working with influencers, digital platforms, content creation, social media management, editorial planning, and consumer marketing. A creative and strategic thinker with the ability to develop innovative ideas that support brand initiatives, with strong capabilities in storytelling, and influencer engagement. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and social media partners.
