Add expected salary to your profile for insights Overall Job Scope Responsible and accountable for business development initiatives in territory assigned Job Responsibility Responsible for the sales, financial performance and operations of clinic and imaging centre Assist the CEO and Medical Director in the recruitment of doctors in the specialist clinic Analyse market data and develop actionable strategies to drive business growth and enhance brand’s market reputation Assist the CEO on the development and implementation of a Marketing plan that will embed set strategies and targets in the form of revenue generation, cost containment and operational key performance indicators (KPI’s) Develop and identify new business opportunities according to market segmentation and maintain existing business relationships Keep up with industry trends and regulatory changes to inform strategic decisions and growth initiatives Establish wide network of channels with healthcare business partners to load new business opportunities and maintain good relationships Plan and create strategies, tactics, activities and branding materials including digital platforms, for the purpose of conveying the marketing message to target markets Implement and execute of strategic sales and marketing activities in meet sales target, plan in alignment to Corporate Business Goal Collect market research, market intelligence and quantitative analysis to assist in calculating risk and outcome for senior management decision making Constantly track monthly performance and submit monthly reports to senior management Implement and execute initiatives to complement expansion plans Assist in set up new branches Perform any other tasks are assigned by the CEO or his/her designate Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business / Management / Healthcare or related field More 5 years’ work experiences in Business Development / Sales & Marketing, preferably in medical centre / health care / pharmacy company, of which at least 3 years of management experience Successful track records in achieving sales targets, acquiring new clients and expanding business relationships Possess in-depth knowledge of market intelligence and competitors’ landscape Knowledge of local regulatory requirement, ethical practices, especially applicable to company diagnostic business unit services Strong network with healthcare institutions and practitioners is an advantage Highly motivated, dynamic, proactive and positive attitude Professional presentation, good communication and interpersonal skills Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Fluent in spoken and written Cantonese, Mandarin and English Application Method A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered.
