Key Responsibilities Business Development and End-to-End Ownership: Build and convert a high-quality pipeline across target segments, leading the full sales cycle from prospecting and solution design through negotiation, contracting, and collections. Solution Integration and Value Articulation: Architect actionable, compliant solutions by integrating clinical services, rehabilitation equipment, sensing/monitoring systems, and facility upgrades; clearly articulate value propositions and ROI. Cross-Sell, Upsell, and Deal Closure: Conduct rigorous needs discovery and value-based selling to expand footprint, systematically execute cross-sell and upsell motions, and drive effective closing while safeguarding margin and cash collection. Cross-Functional and Partner Coordination: Orchestrate internal stakeholders (clinical, engineering, procurement, projects) and external partners to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery and to cultivate renewals and expansion. Client Relationship and Renewal Management: Establish and maintain long-term client relationships, conduct periodic business reviews, and proactively manage renewals and growth opportunities. Market Intelligence and Compliance Tracking: Monitor regulatory and market developments, gather competitive intelligence, and provide actionable strategic input. KPI Accountability: Accountable for qualified pipeline creation, win rate, revenue and margin delivery, collections, and client satisfaction. Candidate Profile Minimum 3 years of B2B business development or enterprise solution sales experience; domain exposure in healthcare, rehabilitation, elderly services, construction/renovation, or IoT is preferred. Proven capabilities in cross-selling, upselling, and closing with quantifiable outcomes. Existing networks with care homes and hands‑on tendering or funding application experience are advantageous. Demonstrated consultative and value-selling skills; adept at integrating clinical, equipment, and engineering components into commercially viable solutions, with strong objection handling and term negotiation. Excellent communication, negotiation, project, and time management skills; high integrity, results orientation, and the ability to deliver under pressure. Proficiency in written Chinese and spoken Cantonese and English; Mandarin is an advantage. Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM tools, with disciplined pipeline management and forecasting.
