Business Development Executive

Based in Hong Kong, reporting to the Head of Customer Experience in Hong Kong, the candidate will be responsible for further developing sales of an extensive line of products across multiple channels in the international market, building solid business partnerships, ensuring client satisfaction, and supporting account sales development. Responsibilities Identify new sales opportunities and maintain and grow relationships with existing customers. Contact existing clients to inform them about new products. Prepare PowerPoint presentations and coordinate sales display support for clients. Develop quotes and proposals, and secure orders in line with company directions. Negotiate with clients by phone, email, and in person. Process orders and follow up with different teams to ensure timely preparation and delivery. Coordinate and support approved marketing materials for clients. Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events. Contact potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings. Provide feedback to the company on market situations and suggest actions to capture opportunities. Qualifications Preferred experience in a similar position at trading firms or buying offices dealing with consumer products distributed in mass markets. Merchandiser background with trading firm or chain stores sourcing office experience is considered. Fluent in written and spoken English, Mandarin, and Cantonese; knowledge of Spanish, French, or another European language is highly preferable. Undergraduate degree in a business‑related discipline. At least 3 years of relevant B2B sales experience. HK resident or holder of a HK Work Visa or dependent Visa. Work schedule: 5 days per week.
