Job Description As a Senior Account Manager at our digital marketing agency, you will serve as the primary client liaison, overseeing strategic campaign execution across social media and digital platforms. Responsibilities Act as the key contact point with clients, providing regular reporting and strategic input on all account activities. Lead the strategic direction of multiple campaigns, from proposal development through to final delivery, ensuring creative work is focused, innovative, and effectively communicated. Lead the pitch process from prospect identification to final presentation: develop compelling proposals, craft winning strategies, and deliver persuasive pitches that convert. Shape the strategic direction of every campaign, ensuring all creative, media, and social work is insight‑led, on‑brand, and tied to the client’s business objectives. Oversee the full lifecycle of social media and digital campaigns, including budget establishment, timeline management, and ensuring all deliverables meet or exceed client expectations. Build and nurture long‑term client relationships to drive retention, upsell opportunities, and high satisfaction across platforms like Meta and others. Mentor and inspire junior account team members, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Collaborate with business development and creative teams to develop compelling pitches, negotiate contracts, and represent the agency in client meetings, industry events, and negotiations. Juggle multiple client portfolios while adapting to market shifts, solving complex problems, and translating consumer insights into actionable strategies. Requirements Strategic and analytical thinking, able to stay ahead of consumer trends and translate market research into tailored digital strategies for social media and influencer initiatives. Strong problem‑solving skills to analyze markets, set business goals, and navigate challenges in fast‑paced environments. Exceptional interpersonal skills to interface effectively with diverse stakeholders, including clients, creative teams, and internal departments. Curiosity, innovative mindset, and passion for emerging technologies, digital trends, and their impact on client businesses. Appreciation for the creative process, with experience guiding teams to deliver high‑impact social media/digital projects. Leadership abilities to mentor teams, motivate staff, and drive performance while maintaining a client‑centric focus. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, Digital Media, or a related field; a Master’s Degree is advantageous. 5‑7 years of experience in account management within an advertising or digital marketing agency, with at least 2‑3 years in a senior or leadership role managing social media/digital campaigns. Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin preferred). Excellent communication, presentation, and pitching skills, with confidence in working independently and under pressure. Strong marketing acumen, with a motivational and inspiring approach to team and client interactions. Candidates with less experience will be considered for Account Manager roles.
