About the Role In order to cope with our expansion, we are now looking for high caliber candidates to join us as a Senior Business Development Manager. The role is responsible for building client relationships with Originate and close OTC trading relationships with funds, market makers, HFT firms, family offices, miners/validators, brokers, treasuries, and corporates. The role requires strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills, a deep understanding of digital assets, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced trading environment. Responsibilities Identify, research, and approach potential institutional and private clients for large-volume trades. Discover and develop new markets, partnerships, and services to drive business expansion in the OTC crypto space. Build and maintain strong relationships with a network of existing and new clients. Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to negotiating and closing deals. Stay up-to-date on crypto market trends to identify opportunities and risks. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Minimum of 5 years in crypto OTC sales or business development. A strong existing network of clients and connections in the crypto and block trading community. Proficiency in digital assets, cryptocurrencies, and blockchain technology. Exceptional skills in sales, negotiation, and communication are necessary for client interactions. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, competitive trading environment and a fast-changing market.
