Overview As a Business Development and Marketing Executive - based in China, you will be responsible for engaging in the sales & marketing lifecycle, through various marketing-driven activities to execute King Flair’s business strategy in optimizing growth and sustainability. Responsibilities Develop sales strategies, identify target markets and customer groups, and formulate corresponding sales plans Find potential customers and establish good customer relationships to develop new business areas through market analysis and competitive intelligence Explore new customers and markets, looking for opportunities to expand business, establishing new partnerships, and promoting market contribution growth of products Establish and maintain good relationships and close contact with important customers, understand customer needs, provide solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty, and meet customer needs in a timely manner Set sales goals and strive to achieve or exceed expected performance, and promote product sales through effective sales strategies and techniques Requirements Requires more than 10 years of sales or marketing experience, including over 5 years of sales management experience, familiar with market conditions. Preferably has successful international experience working within sales environments in this industry, including sales experiences in China, Asia region and Global market. Possess excellent sales skills and sales strategy formulation capabilities, able to analyze market trends, competitive intelligence, and formulate effective sales plans. Excellent communication and coordination skills, market analysis skills, independent problem‑solving skills, etc., and be familiar with business processes. Strong results orientation and ability to achieve goals, able to work under pressure and achieve performance targets. Fluent speaking and writing skills in English, Mandarin, Cantonese and have good expression skills.
