Role Description This is a part-time, remote position for a Social Media Content Creator. The role involves managing, creating, and optimizing content for various social media platforms to support Scalingi Business Consulting's initiatives. Key responsibilities include developing and executing social media strategies, curating engaging posts, monitoring analytics, and staying updated with social media trends related to business consulting. The Social Media Content Creator will collaborate closely with the marketing team and with the founder to ensure brand consistency and effective communication of Scalingi’s services and values. Qualifications Good knowledge of Chinese language Expertise in Social Media Management, Content Creation, and Social Media Strategy Proficiency in Graphic Design, Photo Editing, and Video Editing tools. Strong skills in Copywriting, Creative Writing, and content planning to engage target audiences. Ability to analyze engagement metrics and optimize social media performance. Deep understanding of businesses and consulting-related content, market trends, and digital marketing best practices. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Experience in managing social media platforms for professional services or consulting firms is a plus. Education in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media, or a related field is preferred. Experience in a chamber of commerce or related business organization is highly valued.
