Overview As Head of Account Management for Greater China, based out of our Hong Kong office, you will lead our account management team across China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Macau. This senior role reports to the Fitch Solutions Regional Commercial Head and is responsible for managing the book of business, achieving revenue and sales objectives, and serving as the senior, market‑facing representative of Fitch Solutions in the sub‑region. Responsibilities Define Fitch Solutions’ growth and sales strategy across all brands within Greater China, delivering on revenue, sales, and growth targets. Collaborate with global sales leadership to align the regional matrix for optimal performance. Partner with market development to create a clear product growth strategy reflecting the region’s market potential. Work with APAC Sales Specialists to execute cross‑sell opportunities. Establish and maintain relationships with key decision‑makers across various sectors to uncover new sales opportunities. Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the Commercial Executive team, offering insights into sales activities and market trends. Institute best‑practice sales processes and adopt CRM tools to optimize efficiency and decision‑making. Collaborate with CSM and Marketing teams to align sales strategies with product offerings and market positioning. Build a high‑performance team focused on outperforming targets, elevating strong performers, and managing underperformance. Develop the sub‑region into a talent magnet that attracts top sales and commercial professionals. Advocate for region‑specific offerings or packages that drive scalable growth opportunities. Engage hands‑on with the largest customers and opportunities across Greater China. Represent the firm publicly at conferences and industry events. Qualifications 10 to 15 years of experience with significant exposure to regulators, board‑level, and C‑suite customers across the region. Proven history of meeting and exceeding sales targets in credit ratings, research, or Business Intelligence. Success in driving growth initiatives and expanding revenue streams. Extensive experience in implementing disciplined sales processes in key global markets. Strong track record of sales leadership, consistently achieving and surpassing targets.
