Position: Business Development Manager (BD Manager) Location: Hong Kong / Shenzhen (international travel required) Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities Market Development & Commercial Execution: • Support senior management in formulating BD strategies for the U.S. and Singapore markets, and lead execution of these strategies. • Identify, develop, and manage partnerships with distributors, premium retail channels, and corporate customers. • Plan and execute Go-To-Market (GTM) activities including channel planning, promotions, and market insight generation. • Build and maintain key account relationships to drive revenue across multiple product lines. Cross-Border Operations & Coordination: • Collaborate with teams in Shenzhen, Singapore, and New York to support product launches, logistics, and channel expansion. • Assist U.S. market expansion efforts including pop-up events, retail negotiations, and corporate gifting programs. • Ensure alignment of commercial execution across regions. Brand, E-Commerce & Marketing Support: • Work with marketing teams to strengthen global digital presence across e-commerce and social platforms. • Participate in international trade shows, premium brand events, and activation campaigns. • Support execution of cross-border e-commerce strategies (brand site and marketplaces). Reporting & Internal Collaboration: • Provide weekly updates on pipeline progress, market insights, and competitive intelligence. • Complete CEO-assigned commercial projects and contribute strategic recommendations. Requirements Must-Have Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience in BD, sales, account management, or commercial partnerships. Bachelor’s degree or above (Business, Marketing, Management, International Trade preferred). Familiarity with Hong Kong and Shenzhen (GBA) market environments. Strong cross-cultural communication skills; able to work independently and collaboratively across regions. Fluency in English and Mandarin. Willingness to travel internationally (U.S. as key market). Experience in consumer goods, premium lifestyle brands, e-commerce, or cross-border commerce preferred. Preferred Qualifications Experience in U.S. market development or global brand expansion. Background in fast-growing companies or startups. Proficiency with CRM systems, cross-border e-commerce platforms, or commercial analytics tools. Competitive salary package. Performance-based bonus.
